Welcome
Church Farm is a beautiful 450-year-old oak beamed Suffolk farmhouse, set in the heart of Suffolk. The house has delightful views across the Deben Valley and across the village church.
The rose-filled patio overlooks rolling lawns and the pretty gardens and a warm welcome awaits guests inside. There is a wood burner in the guests' sitting room while the overnight accommodation consists of one downstairs double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and upstairs there are two twin bedded rooms and a separate bathroom.
All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities and a child's cot and high chair are available on request. Evening meals can happily be arranged.
Church Farm B&B has been awarded the AA four stars and the AA Red Diamond Award (in recognition of it being in the top 10% of B&Bs in that grade). The farm also features in the Which B&B guide , Stay in Style, VisitBritain and the Suffolk Coastal Holiday Guide .
Separate B&B accommodation for the same price is available in the wooden lodge, which sleeps six. Equipped to a four star ETB standard and nestling peacefully among the trees with the ducks and geese for company, here you can unwind after you have enjoyed a delicious meal in the farmhouse.

We started bed and breakfast when we had a young family and a working farm. Now, over 45 years later we are still welcoming guests to our farm, many of whom have returned year after year. This is what they have to say about us:
We felt we just had to write and thank you for our lovely stay with you recently. You gave us such a wonderful welcome and made us feel entirely at home. It was so good to meet you both and to stay in your beautiful house. Yours will rank as one of our best B & Bs of all time on our garden holidays. And as for your meals, we can't praise them highly enough. We can vouch for the wonderfull cooked breakfasts and we all appreciated your delicious dinners. We don't know how you do it!
If we ever come up to your part of Suffolk again, we will certainly come and stay with you.
